How to prepare for your first class
  • Please, don't eat 3-4 hours before yoga class!
  • Drink lots of water during the day and after yoga class. Drink at least 2 liters per day for normal body maintenance.
  • Yoga class starts on time, please come 20 minutes earlier.
  • Try to dress lightly, long sleeves and jogging outfits are not recommended.
  • Bring 2 towels! One to put on your yogamat (it's going to be really wet!) and the other for the shower after.
  • All student must use slippers, mat and towels! Please, don't leave them in the yoga room.
  • Don't worry about a yoga mat, on your first visit we will provide a yoga mat free of charge.
  • Stand in the second or third row in the yoga room, to see the others in front of you.
  • If you wouldn't like to carry big bags, you can rent towels and buy water in studio.
  • Be patient with yourself and enjoy!
